Prerequisites & Policies

Eligibility Criteria.

We value professionalism in the flight deck, a welcoming spirit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Review our base requirements and initial crew policies below.

Basic Eligibility

Minimum Age: 15 years old.
Language: Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Blacklist: Must not be on the IFVARB blacklist.

Flight Experience

IF Grade: Grade 3 or above required.
Flight Time: Minimum of 100 logged hours.
Landings: Minimum of 100 total landings.

Safety Record

V/L Ratio: Violation-to-Landing ratio less than or equal to 0.10 (10%).
Recent Offenses: Maximum of two (2) Level 2/3 violations within the last year.

Admission Process

Phase 1 Exam: Score 85% or higher on the theoretical assessment below.
Phase 2 Check: Pass a secondary practical evaluation.

Activity Policy

30-Day Rule: Pilots must log a minimum of 1 valid flight every 30 days.
LOA System: Generous Leave of Absence available via Dispatch.
